Water Allocation Application

If you have an active development application and/or building permit application within the Mannheim Water Service Area, and the project involves an extension, upgrade and/or provision of a new water line/water supply, you must submit a Water Allocation Application. Through this application, you can:

1. Request an exemption from the Water Allocation Policy (if your project meets the exemption criteria); or

2. Request an allocation of available water capacity for your development.

To verify whether you are located within the Mannheim water service area refer to the map on the Water Capacity Allocation web page.

Water Allocation Applications should not be submitted until a related planning application or building permit application has been accepted and/or approved by the City and until the extent of the water capacity required is known/confirmed.
